Everything was speedy, professional, and courteous. The builder who initially came round told us exactly what was going to happen and when. Very impressed and will use them again independently.

They promptly got in contact to arrange a visit to inspect the site and then a second visit to do the repairs. Communication was good and I was very happy with the contractor they sent.
