This is certainly not the service we aim to provide for our customers and will ensure this is reported to the relevant department to be looked into further. Regarding the delay with your order, we do schedule our crop production to tie in with the estimated delivery times given to you at time of purchase. While we work towards these scheduled delivery windows, being a live product, various factors can come into play through the growing season that may set this date back. In these instances we would rather hold back your bulbs until they are of great quality for despatch, rather than send substandard bulbs that may struggle to get going once planted in your garden.
