I am sorry to hear your box arrived damaged/upside down and the contents therein were damaged.
Please accept my apologies on the behalf of my company for the inconvenience caused. We have a strict quality check procedure in place that ensures all the products, and the packaging are leaving us in prime condition.
If there is any damage on the box, the courier will usually refuse to collect the parcel, therefore, this kind of damage could only be happening during the transit process.
This issue has now been passed on to the relevant department and we will investigate further with the courier the cause of the mistake during delivery.
We will monitor any similar problems reported.
