My sincere apologies for the delays and miscommunication surrounding this order. There was an address error from Yodel, but as you say we have used them to deliver to you before, so it is a mystery as to why it was hard this time, then a few days later they updated the tracking to advise of damage to the order so they are unable to deliver. But as my colleague advised on Friday we have now issued the refund. The colleague who advised of the inability to refund at the time was due to going through the picking stage of the despatch, but should perhaps have taken ownership to watch the order and refund once the relevant stage of despatch had passed.
