Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the topsoil. It is perfectly normal to find the topsoil does not come right to the top of the bag. We intentionally use bags that stretch and sag. Topsoil by its nature will settle in transit i.e. vibration during distribution will cause the soil level to fall as the particles settle together. Bags are also ‘double-stacked’ so the ‘bottom bags’ can become compressed – the height of these ‘bottom bags’ will be significantly reduced and can cause a bag to look underfilled.
