Thank you for your feedback. I have contacted our courier service and they have informed me that they tried to deliver your parcel on 3 seperate occasions but no one was home to sign for the parcel. They also stated that they had scheduled a delivery with yourself however you were not home. Could you please confirm this so I can raise this issue further? Please note that our delivery costs are actually a subsidised service and we do not benefit from this. Kind regards Carly Adams Online Customer Services

I can confirm that I was personally at home as I was not at work during the day that week. It is not true that I was not there to receive the parcel I realise that DHL couriers service is not consistent and prone to being affected by "bad apples" - a problem I have experienced with them before regarding claiming to deliver / try to deliver when no attempt was made

Always excellent service. Last Internet order arrived Malta in 48 hours. Amazing! We could have waited a little longer and perhaps mail would have been cheaper than courier.
