Excellent service, easy to use website. Loved the fact you can order a sample ring to check for size and finish. Was very quick as well! Excellent, excellent!

Quick service, perfect size, exactly what i expected. Received the ring 2 working days (or 4 days including weekend) before the initial delivery time.

The ring is not a good fit and customer service was not great when I telephoned to discuss this.

We take all our customers feedback very seriously, always striving to give helpful information and we are constantly working on how we can improve our customers experience. We of course want all our customers to love their rings, and be able to wear them for the rest of their lives. Every ring will fit differently depending on it's profile and width. It may be, if your engagement ring is more rounded on the inside or thinner in width that it needs to be a smaller size than your wedding ring. It is very rare that we would size a ring incorrectly as they are strictly quality controlled several times before going out to our customers.
