We do update our customers if we experience any change at all to the estimated delivery date that you would have seen on-line when placing the order. On this occasion, there were no delays and your order was despatched on time. You should have received an update when your order was despatched.
We are working on a better customer login where you can see a more detailed update of how your order is doing. Unfortunately, as we make all our rings to order, and each ring has different processes, at the moment it is difficult for us to update all our customers with general progress, we therefore will only contact you if the due date changes or any delays are encountered. Your comments have re-iterated the importance of the changes we will be making to the customer login so that our customers are able to see a better progress of their order, so many thanks for this and we really appreciate your time taken to help us improve.
