Although contact was good with us, my order was delayed as the ring was incorrectly made and final delivery came far too close to my wedding day.

Thank you for your feedback, you are right in saying this problem doesn't occur often where a ring is made to incorrect specifications therefore causing a delay. Please accept our apologies again for this, the workshop re-made this ring as quickly as possible in time for your wedding, but we understand this caused you inconvenience. In regards to your partners ring splitting this is again a very unusual occurrence, this was due to a fault with the casting. The workshop has now rectified the issue within the 9ct gold casting process which caused this issue. We have not since had any reoccurrences of this problem.
