I received the wrong size ring and their customer service was very disappointing. I took the ring to 2 independent jewellers and they confirm my suspicions.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in our customer service. Frustratingly there isn't an industry standard when it comes to sizing so a size P, for example, from one jeweller may not necessarily be the same as our size P. We would of course like to rectify the issue so please get in contact with us again to maybe set up a showroom appointment or maybe have some samples sent out free of charge. Wedding rings Direct offer an amazing service. They were able to reset my stone in a new ring when other jewellers had said this wasn’t possible. Also a very reasonable price.
