Mr Lamb, in our defence we collected and delivered your freight on time to the airline. Once the airline has control of the shipment, ultimately they decide when your freight will arrive at the destination which is normally dictated by space availability. We used Qatar airlines which tranship via Doha. As per tracking below there was a backlog problem at Doha.
