Concluding the policy was good service in the end, but the process leading up to securing a quote was clunky where there were several handoff's and it felt as if some staff didn't know how to proceed

Great that you quoted on time but didn't follow up so I missed renewal date - not your fault but would have made service excellent if you'd reminded me!

The one time I contacted them for help and advice they were very difficult to get through to, especially from abroad. I got pushed from one department to the other until I gave up.
