At Beachcombers we have apartments on three levels - ground, first and second floors. Some apartments are served by a lift but not all. With apartments not allocated until nearer to arrival it is unfrotunately not possible to confirm specific apartment locations in advance. We provide a self check-in facility at Beachcombers and don't offer a porter service. Hoping that you decide to return another time, it may be wise to request a ground floor apartment and/or one near to the car park.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a shortage of inventory. Firstly we would like to explain that it has been necessary to reduce the quantity of some of the inventory to reduce the risk of contamination. This includes removing cushions, throws, excess crockery/cutlery etc. We follow the Government guidelines and that endorsed by various UK tourism bodies, however, the shortage you describe is not in line with what we have instructed with our housekeepers. You booked a one bedroom apartment with a maximum occupancy of four persons and therefore you should have had sufficient equipment for four. It is unfortunate you did not make us aware of this shortage durig your stay as we would have happily delivered the missing inventory to your apartment. We can only apologise for this and the fact that our cleaner did not notice this prior to your arrival.
