It also helps prospective clients to be able to read feedback from past guests. You booked a 2-bedroom inland apartment. These are situated to the rear of the property or in a courtyard area but have no views. The particular apartment in which you stayed has white woodwork and light grey walls which helps to brighten up the apartment. In the master bedroom there is new bedroom furniture and a bed with a very good mattress. The living room sofa was recently recovered and the flooring and armchairs are due to be replaced soon. (Sadly guests who stayed this summer damaged the carpet and one of the armchairs.) Your comments about the kitchen are noted and you may be interested to know that a new kitchen for this apartment is on order. We appreciate this didn’t help your stay this time but we thought it worth mentioning as it shows the apartments are continually monitored and we refurbish and replace items as needed. If you had let us know about any issues with the dishwasher at the time of your stay we would have been happy to attend to get it working as it should. We have arranged for maintenance to attend as it sounds like the filter may need cleaning and we apologise for not noticing this ourselves prior to your arrival. Unfortunately none of the kitchens at Beachcombers Apartments are equipped with washing machines but we do have a staff laundry area within the complex which is available on request. This is stated in the Guest Information Folder in the apartment and a link to a digital copy was sent in your pre-arrival email. Guests just need to request this service via the Reception desk. Thank you for making us aware of the locker room having an excess of items on the floor making it difficult to move around. We will try and address this. Whilst we are pleased you enjoyed your time in Cornwall, we are sad that you were a little disappointed with the apartment allocated. If views are important to you we can thoroughly recommend one of our sea view apartments.
