Our sincerest apologies, customs charges are duties and taxes imposed by the local customs authority plus any handling fees - and are not something we as a company charge or obtain profit from.
For countries outside the UK & EU, depending on the customs authorities, you may be liable for paying additional duty/tax, and this is dependent on the types of goods that you are purchasing plus their total value, although some items can be imported without any customs charges at all.
