Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a refundable or freepost option for overseas returns I'm afraid. We're always looking for ways to improve, and this is something we'll definitely look further into whilst reviewing our international customers’ experience.
Our sincerest apologies, COD (cash on delivery) charges are duties and taxes set by Canada customs and paid via Canada post plus the handling fees - and not something we as a company charge, or obtain profit from. You may wish to contact your local customs authority to find out more information about their processes for customs paid for returned items.
