Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on our service. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us has been unsatisfactory since you paid a deposit for the apartment. I tried to call you to discuss this further but I was unable to reach you. I apologise that the boxes and rubbish were not removed from the apartment prior to your move in. I believe there may have been some confusion as whilst your relocation agent asked for the boxes to be removed my colleague Stephanie advised that on your second viewing at the apartment you asked for the boxes that contained cleaning products to remain. I understand this is now resolved. With respect to the keys, they were at our office ready for collection at the agreed time. Regrettably a member of our team could not locate them on Saturday despite arrangements being in place.I’m very sorry for any inconvenience that this caused you. I hope that you are now settling into the apartment and that you have an enjoyable stay. Many thanks, Chris Morris.
