Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We value all the feedback we receive from our clients, both the good and the bad, as this gives us the opportunity to work on any areas that we may need to improve on.
With this particular order, you mentioned that for the most part you were happy with the service received, however, were let down when it come to the final delivery. I truly am sorry for the trouble you experienced with this, and the days delay in receiving your order as a result. We work with third party couriers, making delivery somewhat out of our control, and while we do make every effort to ensure a seamless delivery, by sending you, the client, tracking information so you are kept informed, human error is still possible, and this was the case with your order.
That being said, myself and my management will be looking into ways to ensure an even more seamless process and see just how we can avoid these issues from arising in the future.
