I am so sorry for that the parcel arrived with the incorrect contact persons information on, thus spoiling your surprise. 

There seem to have been a system glitch as your company,WBHO,has ordered from us previously, causing the old information to pull through for delivery. 

This has been resolved on the back end and will not happen again in the future. For the inconvenience caused we would like to offer you a discount on your next order. Please contact me directly with future orders and I will insure this discount is added.

The agent was helpful when requested to perform specific functions but not good at providing solutions. Strict specifications were not advised prior to payment

Thank you for the positive feedback. 

We strive to be as informative as possible, especially when it comes to branding for items. Our Agents will always advise, or make recommendations on the best type of branding for your design. and what will and wont work.  

With golf balls, it is tricky as we are only able to brand an area of 2.5cm x 2.5cm and therefor it is not recommended to include to much detail or information in this space. Warnings are also given on the artwork layouts sent for approval and possible problems are highlighted at this point. 

We will certainly look into how we can better communicate this in the future.
