<p>This 90th birthday necklace with birthstone would make an ideal gift for any woman who is just about to turn ninety. It features a handmade pendant made up from nine linked rings to represent each of the nine decades the recipient is celebrating. The rings are all free-moving and measure approximately 19mm in diameter. Sitting in the centre of the pendant is a gorgeous wire wrapped semi-precious birthstone. You are free to choose any applicable birthstone and all our stones are guaranteed to be of at least A grade quality.</p>
