Delivery was prompt and items as expected, but it would have been nice to recieve the dispatch notification before the item, rather than 3 days after it arrived

So sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, unfortunately there was a glitch in our system which caused the delayed notification. Thankfully this is the first and only time this has happened, but hope to see you back again soon!
