good price, easy to order and fast delivery. the product heel balm is great and does what is intended to do. Will be ordering more very soon. would recommend this to anyone else.

Delivery wasn't tracked at all, although I did receive it would of prefered to keep so I know where my product is

Dear Customer, We are sorry you have had an issue. I have noted your concern and checked on it. The order was dispatched promptly on 26/04 and dispatch confirmation email sent to you. The delivery wasn't tracked because this was not ordered for. We do shipments through postal service and tracked courier service and all of which are offered to customers at the checkout to choose from. Since the tracked courier services were ignored we couldn't send through those. Tracked courier service also provides you with status alerts during the transit. I hope this clarifies the reason and you can reconsider the star rating provided? with regards Four Square Healthcare

Everything went as requested. I wanted the item as an igniter for model aircraft rocket motors. Worked fine but will have to modify to take replacement batteries.
