Dear Customer, Thanks for the review. However, there seems to be some misunderstanding with some other order with another supplier because we have supplied exactly the same brand and item that you have ordered! You ordered Cutan Complete Alcohol Foaming Hand Sanitiser 1 Litre Cartridge, code CFS39H. This is exactly what you have been supplied. Not sure what you meant when you said you received a different brand and kept it because you were in need? This is because neither we have in stock any other brand to supply nor any other brand will fit the wall dispensers these sanitisers are meant for! So, you cannot use anything else in its place. Please if you can check your order confirmation, the product section related to this review and on our website and cross check against what we have supplied. You contacted us for the invoice copy and usually if something is wrong one would tell the supplier. Although we supplied the exactly same item but you didn't mention even then. As I explained, any other brand cannot be used with the wall dispensers these are meant so it does not have alternative that you can use or keep nor do we have stock to supply of any other brand!! with regards Four Square Healthcare

Dear Customer, Thanks for the reply. The product supplied is the same, has same brand, same manufacturer and the manufacturer's product code which is CFS39H is also the same. The manufacturer's product code can never be the same if there was any difference. Further, it even fits the dispensers you had so if it wasn't case, it wouldn't have fitted with in your dispensers. The change you have referred to is simply a recent redesign of the sticker outside the cartridge. These changes are unpredictable, the manufacturer can do these at any time and any number of times. The image on the website as mentioned is indicative only and is there only to help explain the product described under its description. The image must be seen in conjunction with its product description. I would request you to look beyond its redesigned sticker and note the overall product details. It is nearly 3 weeks since delivery and the product is being used without any issue that may reflect that the product supplied was a different product / brand. I have been trying to explain and convince you on the same through various reasons. However, I apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused. with regards Four Square Healthcare
