Thank you. We do try our best to help when items are out of stock. All building supply companies are struggling at the moment due not only to Brexit but also a serious lack of drivers. Hopefully this will resolve itself in due course. meanwhile we will offer alternative items in stock where possible and refunds if not.

I can see why the driver had difficulty finding you asit isn't very obvious on google maps. There is also a shortage of drivers nationally at the moment and some drivers will therefore be inexperienced on their rounds. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Once collected from us we are unfortunately no longer in control and have to reply on carriers. But thank you for the feedback and we will pass this on to our carrier.

Delighted to hear you liked the product. As to smell when cutting. This is usually mainly to do with melt back. If you spray a bit of WD40 on the blade before cutting it reduces friction heat and meltback.

I would love to respond to your comment about delivery but you don't say what the problem was. We are however completely in the hands of the carriers once goods have left us. We do chase up deliveries if they are late, but there are problems with all delivery companies at present due to a chronic lack of drivers which has been widely reported in the press. But we are delighted that you like the product. And thank you for taking the time to get back to us with feedback which we really do appreciate whether good or not.

All versions of the recycled plastic are a good replacement for wood and of course don't rot. Thermal expansion and contraction means you allow about 1mm per metre for expansion if butting up lengths to each other.
