No it hasn’t!
Despite your response I still have not received the refund so I would be very grateful if you could chase this up for me. The fault was your. You had attempted to input the wrong bank details!

Apologies John. It seems the refund had been processed but the payment hadn't reached your account. I understand we have subsequently been in touch to confirm your receipt of the refund. I hope that this is now resolved for you, and apologise that you had to chase again.
Every aspect of the claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. No hesitation in recommending to other people and I intend to renew my policy with them when the time comes.

Had issues at first getting a hire replacement vehicle and being mid informed about who insured the vehicle but after that at the start found the service very good after having to extend the insurance
