Incredible experience. Loved our guide, Leela, was the BEST. All of the staff were helpful and fun. Their overview of safety was hilarious. Couldn’t have loved it more.

Once we receive those types of requests, we do handle them promptly. We are hopeful that you saw your credit card was credited back a couple days after your departure for the one night you did not stay with us. Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are sorry for your frustrations and for you having Covid-19 at the time you were scheduled to arrive. We do offer our guests trip cancellation insurance at the time the reservation is being made. That insurance will cover cancellation up to day of arrival due to injury, illness, bereavement or military deployment. Should the guest opt out of having trip cancellation insurance, we discuss our standard cancellation policy and the penalties involved for any cancellations that are made in under 30 days to arrival. We hope this situation will not deter you from wanting to give us another opportunity down the road.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We do apologize for the issues you had around your time of check-in. We do all we can to inform our guests prior to their arrival that check-in time is at 4pm...especially during peak season in the Summer. It is very rare that we are able to allow early check-ins because housekeeping is so very busy. They does an amazing job at letting the front desk know when accommodations are clean and ready to go, but It appears there may have been a delay for some reason on that particular day. We promote a teamwork attitude across all departments and cross train wherever and whenever possible. Unfortunately, there may be an occasion where an employee is uncomfortable in knowing what to do next. Because those types of issues rarely occur, we work hard on resolving them as quickly as possible so they do not happen again. We do hope you will visit us again in the future, when we hope to be able to deliver an experience that meets all of your expectations.

Cabin Tent was comfortable and clean. Whitewater rafting trip was fun. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Good job Ashley! Everything was organized. Food after rafting was great!

The staff at Northern Outdoors went out of their way to provide us the best service while we were there. Waitstaff was very attentive despite being very busy. Always with a smile.
