I'm sorry that you are not happy with the service we have provided you. We do have a message on every page that says to call us to check current delivery times prior to purchasing and we did not receive a call from you. As soon as we found out the lead time from our supplier we let you know immediately; from there it is out of our hands.
It took a week to refund your money due to the refund process with our bank which takes 5 business days. I do hope this information clarifies the situation, and should you have any other issues, please contact me.
