They are very much customer oriented, I had a small problem with changing my order and after a quick call it was sorted very quickly. It was really nice speaking to a friendly and helpful assistant.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, our Purr-cycle bags are sent from a different location to the food orders. Due to this, these will most likely arrive at different times. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
