We did have a period in August where we experienced difficulties with our emails and I can only assume you were a casualty of this; please accept my apologies. We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service that we deliver, as you can see from the many Feefo reviews, and we endevour to respond to enquiries within 1 hour (on a working day).
As we have not been advised of any issues with the replacement cartridges, we are unable to comment further at this stage, however we have attempted to contact you by telephone today without success. If you could make contact with us, we will gladly resolve this matter for you.
With regards to the model bus, as stated on the website, these are free with toner cartridge orders, however I have put one in the post today as a gesture of goodwill.
