Thanks, Jonny, for your response to my observations. However as of today, Wednesday 03 October, the cheque supposedly posted to me last Friday has not yet arrived.
Also, you have avoided answering my very specific point about the extra sets of keys that I requested both of the sales representative, the surveyor and the installation team. For the avoidance of doubt, I do not expect blanks.
With regard to the friend who on my recommendation ordered a door from Safestyle, you will already be aware - and your potential customers would I’m sure be interested to know - that, having registered a complaint about the fitness for purpose of the product, she was told that the matter would not be attended to for several weeks. Not exactly good customer service, is it? Nor does it give cause for customer confidence in Safestyle’s 10 year guarantee.
Neither my friend nor I is a serial complainer, but we do belong to a generation that believes in getting what you pay for.
