Apologies for this David, and it's a shame to lose a rating on something that's not a direct cause of our company. We contacted the scaffolding firm yesterday, who told us they would remove the scaffolding today and - surprise, surprise! - they didn't turn up! It's great having the new windows. It's not so great when all you can see out of them is scaffolding.
