Terribly sorry to read that the scaffolding hasn't been removed as requested. As you've rightly noted this is a service that we've used a local company for and it's disappointing for us to gain bad feedback because of the service they're providing. I'll raise this with the team here that are in charge of access solutions, they should be able to escalate this and also keep it in mind if their service doesn't improve.
