I love Tate diaries and buy one every year now. I enjoy seeing pictures I know and some I'm not familiar with but will be in future.

I am happy with the merchandise but not the billing. You offered 6 shelf prints for the cost of 5 but did not apply this offer when billing. After 2 emails I still do not understand the billing.

The artwork arrived damaged and creased due to poor packaging. I have emailed two complaints to Tate email but have received no reply. Very disappointing service
