I passed this onto our Print Workshop to ensure this mistake never happens again - and they extend their apologies for this error as they try and pack our high quality prints as safely as possible so they get to you in perfect condition
After speaking with you over email and arranging a replacement to be sent out, I can now see it has arrived with you.
