almost 2 weeks after purchase, have heard no word of when this will be delivered - I know the website says these are made to order but I would have thought they'd keep customers updated as to timefram

Dear Joanne,

So sorry that no one had been in touch about delivery of your rug. As you mentioned above they do take a little longer than our regular product to arrive - as they have been so popular we are awaiting the last of the stock to come in. I hope my email yesterday has gone some way to reassuring you, that is indeed on its way. I'll be back in touch once we have all that tracking confirmed for you. any ideas of when we can expect delivery? I hope we can delay delivery until after 21 December and change the address if possible as we are moving house shortly.

Just confirming here that as discussed via email we have held back delivery of your order so it will be delivered to your new house on the 21st of December to save the hassle of moving it from one place to another - and nice addition to your home just before Christmas.
