I visited the Tate outlet at Bicester village and bought some prints there. the process was really easy. One of the staff guided me through it, and the prints arrived a couple of days later.

Delivery was within 10 days. Very happy with the product. However, I don't recall receiving a confirmation email when my purchase had been shipped.

I ordered a print for my brother’s birthday. It had 5 working days to get there but it took two weeks. There was no email to say it was delayed.. disappointing.

Thanks for taking the time to respond via Feefo about the delivery of your item.

As the item you ordered is a custom print, it is normal for them to take 10 working days to arrive (however we always try to get them out faster when we can). However I can see that your order left our print workshop with Royal Mail a couple of days after your ordered on the 23rd of August, so I am surprised to hear it took so long!

Unframed prints are sent by 1st class post and usually arrive within a couple of days of dispatch when delivering in the UK. As unframed prints are delivered in postal tubes, you may need to be in to receive your order, and if you are not home they will receive a slip with collection or resending instructions.

Please accept my apologies if the slip was not left for you, and for the time it took you to track it down.
