I'm sorry to hear you had problems with the UPS courier service, our usual delivery time frame for our custom prints can be up to 10 working days - so we apologise for the delay. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any issues or queries, as we can track parcels for you and do our best to rearrange delivery time if you are away or on holiday.

Thank you for your review. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in getting your prints.
Although our custom prints normally take 10 working days, in this instance, around the time you placed your order we had an error on our website, meaning some orders, including yours, were not processed, this then caused a slight delay in orders being dispatched.

We hope the partial refund we provided will compensate the issues this caused. After following your order to ensure it arrived to you safely, I can see that it was delivered. I do hope you enjoy your prints now they have arrived.
