Thank you for leaving feedback on your order. So sorry to hear that you had trouble getting an update on your order.

Generally custom prints take 10 working days to arrive you were advised initially on this basis that it would arrive by the end of the week. Unfortunately in this case your order was dispatched a day late due to delays in our print workshop.

We are really sorry for the frustration this has caused, and I have asked our print team to keep us notified when there are delays of this nature. Good news is, this order was out for delivery on Tuesday, and delivery will be attempted again today, so you should have your print shortly. You can track the order via the link sent to your email address and make any changes via the UP website.
