As the provider of the Global Health plans, William Russell are unable to give you advice about other companies or plans, we can only give you information about what our plans cover. Some of our customers may choose to use a broker who can provide advice and information about other companies, other plans and premiums. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, it is just not possible to charge premiums in various different currencies. At present, we can only accept payment in GBP, USD or Euros. In regards to your comment about flexible coverage with higher premium if hospitalisation is required outside the home country, this sounds very much like our Essential plan. I believe you were sent an Essential plan quote at your renewal but if you would like to look into this further now, I will send you the details of this plan again directly.
