We do provide information on our renewal literature about any increases and why they may occur, we are also available to discuss renewals and see if there is any scope to amend the plan or change the costs. I'm sorry you've experienced some delays in reimbursement on claims, it's certainly not our usual standard or service and I hope that your experience with us improves going forwards.
