Thank you for your review and comments. I'm sorry to read that you were unaware of the rules regarding our historical no claim incentive. I have checked that our renewal invites from 2004 did confirm that in the event of a claim, the discount would be lost. I'm sorry if this was not clear but thank you for bringing this to our attention.
