Hi Gary, unfortunately due to your location we cannot ship with a tracked courier, we shipped your order with Royal Mail tracked 24hr, their service is usually pretty good but clearly they were a day late. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused but I can assure you it is not us sending it a day late it was a delay with royal mail. Many thanks, Willy Worms

What has my location got to do with it? If you used to provide a next day service to the same address then why not now? Is Royal Mail being discriminatory due to it being a Scottish postcode?
