Hi Russell, thanks for raising our attention to this! This might sound silly, the 'blades' that are 'falling out' - did you mean the plastic protector sleeves instead? We do advise in our installation guide to remove the sleeves prior to using the new blades, however, I understand it is easy to miss this step.
