Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise. We are very sorry for the problems that have occurred during the delivery of your fridge. Over the past week we have experienced some issues with our well know courier where the fridges had not been scanned into delivery depots causing them to be affectively lost for a couple of days. As a result of this it has then caused the delay. We did dispatch your fridge immediately when the purchase was made. We pride ourselves on being able to offer fast dispatch, delivery and the best customer service and it is extremely frustrating for ourselves, as I am sure its is for you when our courier has badly let us down. We are very sorry and even though it is slightly out of our hands with the courier delay we do take this very seriously! I do believe that your 24 hour delivery cost has been refunded back to you. I am pleased to hear that you like the product itself and I do hope that you may still consider CoolMed for any future purchases.

We believe that these issues have now been ironed out with the courier and we not had problems in the past, I am sorry that one of these rare occasions has fallen on you.
