Hi Lesley Firstly I would like to apologise. When you fridge was ordered it was immediately dispatched on the Thursday. As your requirement was to have your fridge placed in a specific room of choice with the packaging etc removed and your pharmacy is over 200 miles away it did take a little longer so this is why unfortunately our two man white glove delivery service were not able to get the fridge to you on the Friday. I am sorry that your fridge arrived on the Monday damaged. All our fridges are fully inspected before we send them out so it must have been damaged during transit with the courier. This is a very rare occurrence as we send out all of our larger fridges on a pallet to minimise the chance of it being damaged. We dispatched a replacement fridge immediately once we were advised that the original had been damaged. I understand that all is well with the replacement and it has arrived undamaged. At CoolMed we pride ourselves very much on providing fantastic customer service, we take your feedback very seriously and it is very sad for us to hear you have been disappointed with our service.
