Thank you for the feedback about the postage dates. We do try and signpost the 10 working day production time on all product pages and in the availability details. We are currently working on teamwear specific, automated email updates. Hopefully this should help increase communication channels and alert all customers to the expected timeframe. I can see that your order was given to our production team on 27th April and was completed 10 working days later on the afternoon of the 12th May. This is slightly longer than usual due to the two (non-working day) bank holiday days we had. Your order was then dispatched out the next working day which due to the weekend was 15th May and was delivered the next day on the 16th May.

Thank you for the feedback Gary, I can see that you placed your order on Monday 8th May which was a bank holiday so was dispatched out the next day on Tuesday 9th and delivered buy our Royal Mail 2-4 working days service on Thursday 11th which is within the expected time frame.

Hi David, Thank you for the feedback and our conversations over email. As I confirmed initially there was a one off mistake in our warehouse and I have been contacting the warehouse to try and resolve this for you ever since. At the end of last week we were waiting for an update from them which was received this Monday morning. As your order is now on its way back to the warehouse and due to the timeframe you need the items for we have processed a full refund for you.
