We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received from Fly & Save. We strive to provide good service and offer market leading flight fares through our supplier relations. Unfortunately due to the unavailability of the seats for a particular fare on a particular date, the fare cannot be removed as the seat allocations, availability and situation can change due to cancellations etc. This is stipulated in our terms and conditions and should be explained at point of contact should your flight fare not be available on the dates and times you wish to travel.
All flight fares displayed or fares selected on the Fly and Save website is a database of allocations and should be used for researching the best fares for a given date range. Most of our flights shown are available but our website fare database does not guarantee availability until booked over the phone and maybe based on non-direct flights or the lowest class fare available at the time of publishing which may not be suitable for the traelling party, which is why we encourage our cusotmers top call us so we can find the best available and applicable flight for their requirements. We do not intent to mislead, mis-sell any of our flight products to our customers and hope this has not put you off using Fly & Save in the future.
