We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received from Fly and Save. We strive to provide good service and offer market leading flight fares through our supplier relations. Unfortunately due to the unavailability of the seats for a particular fare on a particular date, the fare cannot be removed as the seat allocations, availability and situation can change due to cancellations etc. Our fares selected on the Fly and Save website is a database of allocations and should be used for researching the best fares for a given date range. Most of our flights shown are available but our website fare database does not guarantee availability until booked over the phone. We are sorry that the experience you received from Fly and Save was not satisfactory. We do mention that all our published air fares are phone only fares and are subject to availability. The fares are based on whether that fare class is still available and is updated as soon as our fares allocation database is. We are currently investigating the agent that you spoke to as this is not the standard of service we would expect from our staff, so will respond directly once we have established and listened to the conversation to see where are standards were not met.
