As per our telephone conversation this afternoon, we are so sorry for the delays that you experienced with these two orders, which were largely the result of our internal processes not being followed correctly. We have now reviewed these and implemented several checks to make sure this can't happen again. We'll be in touch again directly to confirm the actions agreed on our call. And as we discussed, our delivery time to France for materials in stock really is usually 2-3 days from point of order.
