Good morning. I have just taken a look into this and it appears to have come down to really unfortunate timing. I can see that another customer ordered 5 of the same item just before your order came in, which unfortunately wiped out our stock. As soon as replenishment stock was received in on Friday 2nd Feb, the item was sent out to you on a next day courier, as paid for, and delivered to you on Monday 5th Feb. This item is really fast moving so it was really terrible timing and I can only apologise for the trouble this has caused.
I appreciate you leaving this feedback and I have logged the issue with our operations team to prevent it happening again.
